This session will be presented by OSIsoft’s Center of Excellence (CoE) team. The CoE team will review the Value Realization Process (VRP), providing examples of how this process helped EA customers gain more value from the PI Infrastructure as they continued into latter phases of their Enterprise Agreement.

Matt Heere is a CoE Group Lead within Managed Services Team. He has been administering PI systems for 18 years, at OSIsoft, PJM and in his former life as a process control consultant with Fisher-Rosemount Systems. Matt holds an M.S.E.E. from the University of Pittsburgh, is a private pilot, and pretty good cook.
