John Hume describes his first-hand experience as an Enterprise Agreement (EA) customer who uses OSIsoft to manage the PI System at the Verso paper mill in northern Maine. The Verso plant has ten PI servers, 47 interface computers and 65 interfaces - and only one PI Administrator!
