Ramy Chmait
Some people get their education and enter into the working world – others get into the working world and then get their education. Ramy is one who has worked his way up through the school of hard knocks holding positions in the hospitality, banking and information technology sectors. In the IT world, Ramy has worked with in Operations and in Customer Support, and also worked as a Sales Consultant, and in delivering Customer Projects. Ramy’s application experience covers Production, Downtime, Quality, OEE and Maintenance along with the related dashboards and KPI’s.

Jeffrey Maqsoudi
Jeffrey is the Manager of Integration Services for Ekhosoft. In this position he directs projects in a variety of industries, including Food & Beverage, and on a wide selection of applications. His current area of focus is with Performance Improvement initiatives, specifically working with customers to improve performance in Production, reduce losses due to Downtime and Rate Loss, and improve Quality. Jeffrey has led the Ekhosoft team in the development of a new generation of solutions for Overall Equipment Effectiveness and has also led the implementations of the software in two corporations in Food & Beverage which will eventually have over 60 plants using the software. Jeffrey holds a college degree in Computer Science Technology, a university degree in Computer Engineering, and a Diploma in Management.
