PI Coresight was renamed PI Vision in 2017
Novartis is in the middle of their Enterprise Agreement (EA) partnering journey with OSIsoft. The EA experience so far has been constructive for both parties and the partnership has brought many achievements both at local sites’ level and at the global headquarters.
In this session, Novartis will be presenting their local achievements at the San Carlos, CA production site, as well as some of the most important global results so far, including: MES Integration, DCS Integration and IT/OT Integration.
In San Carlos, for instance, the PI System has helped to solve business challenges such as improved monitoring of Stability Chambers while lowering cost and enhancing data access. The site implemented a solution that leverages AF elements & attributes, Asset Analytics, Event Frames, Notifications, PI Coresight, PI ProcessBook, and PI OLEDB Enterprise.
The presentation will also cover some Global EA results at Novartis and the anticipated PI System-relevant initiatives for the upcoming years.
