Quality control is a necessary but expensive step in batch production to assure critical product properties. Atofina Chemicals, Inc. utilizes PI Batch to significantly reduce the cost associated with quality control testing. PI Batch enables Atofina to identify batches that have properties deviate away from that of historical good batches. Atofina then only perform quality control test on the deviated batches identified by PI Batch to reduce testing cost.
