Josep Salaet
Josep is the Operation's Manager for Interquim S.A. (Sant Cugat, Spain) which produces API for the Ferrer group. Josep has a degree in chemical engineering along with 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical sector. He has worked both in R&D and Production areas, managing various projects at international level and collaborating with different companies.
Nowadays Josep leads the Operational department of Interquim where process automation is one of the most important axis for competitiveness and of of the added value in which the company trusts firmly. The process automation area in Interquim is constantly being improved and investments in the sector are constant.

Fernando Quintero
Fernando works as operations & program manager after more than 15 years of experience in automation and digitalization projects. He started his career as an automation engineer, evolving to analyst, consultant and finally as project and program manager.
He has focused in projects on the life science and food and beverage sectors. But also, has worked in the waste-to-energy, refinery and water treatment.
He is in charge of quality management in AG Solution at group level.
