Rod Schultz
Rod began his career building Internet technology as a software engineer for Cisco. At Cisco he designed protocols and security for wide-area networking, mobile IP, and data protection. Next, Rod joined Apple as a senior software engineer and an early member of the FairPlay team. There, he worked on DRM used to protect music and video for Quicktime and iTunes on iPod, Mac, iPhone, and AppleTV. That led to a technical lead engineering position at Adobe, where he helped architect and develop product for Primetime DRM, which provides protection for video content across a complex set of devices, platforms, and distributors. Rod holds a BS in Applied Computer Science from the University of North Carolina and a Certificate of Excellence in Business from UC Berkeley. He holds five patents with several more pending.

Andrew Ginter
Andrew spent a decade developing SCADA software products for Daniel Computing Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.He spent half a decade developing IT/OT middleware products for Agilent Technologies and Verano. These products connected SCADA networks to IT networks, thereby contributing to the SCADA security problems that now plague the industry. This last decade Andrew spent as CTO and CSO at Industrial Defender, and then VP Industrial Security at Waterfall Security Solutions, working to develop, deploy and educate practitioners about industrial cyber-security products and technologies.

Eric has over 35 years of experience in the development, delivery, management, and support of operations information technology solutions in the process industries. During his career his assignments and responsibilities have included process automation systems development, communications network design, functional and technical architecture design, and technology lifecycle management. He recently retired as an Operations IT Consulting Engineer with the Dow Chemical Company.
