Presentation: RtPM in the Water Business

The presentation is about bringing in the RtPM Platform as a whole. Not only will Vitens use RtBaseline, but also the analytics and RtPortal functionality. The Vitens Enterprise Architecture will have four main systems with which the company will run its business (SAP, GIS, LIMS, and RtPM). At Vitens we want to bring in the standard software with as few custom developments (coding) as possible. With the use of either Sharepoint Portal or SAP Netweaver (still being decided) the plan is to bring all information (role-based) to the end-user. The Architecture at Vitens consists of three decentral PI-servers and one central server. Vitens will use Sigmafine for data reconciliation and RLINK to connect to the SAP system. By using AF the plan will be to connect the RtPM Platform to the GIS. By 2007, they will connect the LIMS system by using the com-connector.
