After a lull in the widespread use of the PI System at Iberdrola Renewables in the U.S., an enterprise agreement through Spain has brought the United States portion of the business access to new PI System tools and products along with access to a wealth of resources in the form of OSIsoft CoE consultations and Field Service/Tech Support for troubleshooting. Through several specific projects coordinated by the Iberdrola Renewables USA Enterprise Project Manager, Iberdrola Renewables has been able to restore faith in the PI System and gain traction for PI System projects going forward. Viewing the success of the PI System at Iberdrola as a partnership, the extra support of the enterprise agreement has enabled them to progress much faster than would be possible without external support.
