Ron will discuss how they use PI for forecasting System Loads and how they use PI to enhance details from the SCADA Systems. Ron will also discuss a couple applications from other departments.

Ronald Schellberg has worked for Idaho Power for 26 years in both distribution and transmission areas. He is currently responsible for high voltage transmission planning for the Idaho Power system. Over the years, he provided support for the WECC powerflow and stability programs and other computer applications within Idaho Power's planning groups. Ronald is currently a member of WECC's Planning Coordination Committee and the Reliability Subcommittee.
