ProTRAQ Vendor-Managed Inventory: Now The World Leader!
Over the last year, the OSIsoft ProTRAQ Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) business has been transitioned to Industrial Evolution for web-based delivery to OSIsoft customers. Now, the introduction of mini-PC’s with full PI Systems for field-based data collection and a partnership with ChemLogix, a leading provider of VMI solutions, has propelled ProTRAQ to the world’s #1 VMI inventory management service. This presentation reviews a step-by-step approach to inventory management, including: benefits identification and value definition, sensor selection and installation, data collection and centralization, real-time web access and data transfer, and ERP integration.
