PI Trickles Down at the Water District
This presentation will contain an overview of how PI has been used over the last six years at the Portland Water District. Examples on how this water and wastewater utility has developed from an anecdotal based operation to a data driven organization will be discussed. Simple tools were developed to motivate employees into using PI ProcessBook as part of their daily routine. Also techniques for monitoring high speed data (i.e. water pressure) from a remote site will be discussed.
