Matt Miller
Matt Miller is OSIsoft's Industry Principal for Transportation. He has been a technical sales and marketing professional for more than 25 years, with a broad background in developing industrial automation controls and information solutions for OSIsoft, Xycom Automation, Viewtronics and their customers. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, specializing in computer-based control systems along with several advanced certificates in marketing, product management, and sales. Matt has experience in both embedded and open systems computing and spent most of his early career supporting the transportation market both in vehicle and in manufacturing. Over the course of two decades he has helped bring dozens of innovative machine-to-machine products to market, including the use of the PI System into embedded, mobile and fixed transportation assets. Matt has been working with Microsoft and leading Telecommunications Companies to evolve the Next Generation Telematics Platform, bringing Big Data tools to the transportation value chain.
