J. Patrick Kennedy
Dr. J. Patrick Kennedy is the CEO and majority owner of OSIsoft. Under Dr. Kennedy's visionary leadership, the company has grown from a small software startup in 1980 to a highly profitable global corporation. Prior to founding the company, Dr. Kennedy worked as a research engineer for Shell Development Company and as an applications consultant for Taylor Instrument Company.
Dr. Kennedy attended the University of Kansas where he earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. A registered professional engineer in control systems engineering, he holds a patent on a catalytic reformer control system. He co-authored a chapter of the book ""Planning, Scheduling and Control Integration in the Process Industries,"" C. Edward Bodington, ed. (McGraw-Hill Co., 1995), and is the author of numerous papers.

Kiva Alllgood is Vice President of Business Development for Smart Cities and Industrial IOT at Qualcomm Intelligent Solutions, Inc. As the global business lead for Qualcomm’s Smart Cities initiative, Allgood helps strategic partners and cities build long term connectivity plans and strategies that help improve the livability, sustainability and connectivity fabric for its citizens. This includes providing critical insight into Qualcomm’s entire product, software and services portfolio.
Before joining Qualcomm, Allgood ran a startup focused on delivering high quality headphones and hearing devices to special needs children and adults. Prior to the startup Allgood held executive positions at Motorola and GE. Most recently she was the General Manager for NA Retail and MVNO Sales at Motorola’s Handset Division in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to this role she held executive management roles in Global Product Management and Operations.
Allgood holds board seats on CleanTech San Diego and Teen Volunteers in Action.
Allgood holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg. She lives in San Diego, CA with her husband and two sons. She is an avid skier, sailor and loves to read.

Terri Lewis is the Director of Technology & Solutions of the Energy and Transportation Divisions at Caterpillar. She is responsible for the strategy development and implementation of a technology enabled services & solutions business for Caterpillar's Energy and Power Systems divisions. She has specialized throughout her career in business strategy, development and planning, sustainability, condition monitoring and electrical engineering. Terri studied Electrical Engineering at Kansas State University, has an MBA from Emlyon Business School. Terri hails from Peoria, Illinois, and her interests include triathlons, endurance running, biking.
