The objective of Outotec's Digital Services department is to deliver and maintain a platform that enables the Outotec service portfolio to serve the demand for long-term life cycle solutions. The platform will interconnect our install base back to the experts located worldwide. Digital services also works with our product line experts to define and bring demand driven services to market in the field of process and operations optimization. The Outotec Digital Service department has developed a digital services platform based upon OSIsoft's software and "Industrial Internet of Things" connectivity. The Platform leverages low cost data collection and PI Asset Framework templates to lower the total cost of ownership for deploying and delivering structured and standardized data back to the customers and Outotec's global organization. Outotec's powerful value proposition is based upon the service portfolio delivered on top of the platform.
