Out of the Box Thinking for Time-Series Data from Rockwell Automation
Are historians only for process operations? Rockwell Automation is applying scalable versions of their PI-based historian (FactoryTalk Historian SE) in traditional--and not so traditional--architectures and industries. This new breed of application combines classic time-series data with transactional events to generate fresh insight and context by blending production management context with the historical pedigree of process conditions. Hear how today's hybrid manufacturers in life sciences, CPG and even discrete assembly operations for automotive and packaging are generating new value and are re-thinking their approaches to decision support for all levels of the enterprise.
