Portals can improve communication and collaboration by providing a single, comprehensive view into operational performance in a cost effective manner. OSIsoft's RtWebParts and RtBaselineServices leverage the reliability, scalability and performance of Microsoft's SharePoint products and technologies to provide a rich user experience across the enterprise that is quick to deploy, simple to use, and easy to administer. Several web parts are available today, including display of trends, snapshot and time series values, as well as support for PI ProcessBook displays through the RtGraphic and RtActiveView web parts. The latest release also includes the RtXYPlot web part, useful in determining correlation between data sources, and the RtMessenger web part, which provides a list of contacts and their online status. Come see the new features available in RtWebParts 1.1, hear about the future direction of the product, and learn a few tips & tricks along the way.
