OSIsoft + Microsoft collaborate to rapidly operationalize IoT Analytics initiatives
There are 1.5M+ new devices connecting to the network every month, sending large volumes of data. This data is changing the way how businesses are run - digital transformation is happening today with or without you. There are multiple cloud strategies but Microsoft Azure dominates the infrastructure-as-a-service field according to Gartner. OSIsoft is well-known to be the data infrastructure for operational data. To bring the perfect synergy between OT and IT, OSIsoft and Microsoft jointly created the Red Carpet Incubation Program (RCIP) to help customers progress in their digital transformation journey. RCIP helps customers address their Industrial IoT challenges, progress along their advanced analytics path, and provides better operational insight. A key element of RCIP is the PI Integrator for Microsoft Azure (PII4MA) that publishes analytics ready data into Cortana Intelligence, reducing the janitorial work typically performed by data scientists.
