Management Execution Systems (MES) are today a common tool to optimize business operations, especially in the field of (industrial) operations. One main KPI to control these operations is the so called overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), which gives in very short time a good overview of the performance on the invested financial (return on investment - ROI) and the human capital. The presentation will show the importance of this KPI and how you can use it to improve your processes on a local and global view."
