Andy is based in Lancaster in the UK and has over 20 years of experience working with design, visualisation and information management software solutions. He has a passion for digital twin and 3D data capture technologies and has led organisations in the process plant, infrastructure and rail industries in their digital transformation. During this time, he has had a range of technical roles including product strategy manager, technical sales and as a solution architect.

I have worked in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years.
Working on greenfield, and brownfield, engineering projects worldwide; resulting in a wide array of experience and knowledge of engineering, and information management, systems and procedures.
I work within the Customer Success pillar within AVEVA.
Performing the role of trusted technical advisor for our customer base.
Understanding their organisations technology strategy, and needs.
Informing them of best practices, potential pitfalls and opportunities aiding them to make informed decisions to ensure successful software adoption.
Identify features of the application suite that complement the technical direction and needs for the customers continuing operations.
Acting as an internal customer advocate that brings the voice of the customer internally within AVEVA.
I am solution-orientated and self-motivated with a high focus on achieving results.
Out of work, I have a passion for cycling, food and wine, and good coffee.
