This presentation will introduce how ElectraNet are migrating to a common information model (CIM) for their electricity transmission business and in managing increasing amounts of data from multiple sources. It will discuss the rationale and use cases behind the move to the CIM and the importance of a real time operational data infrastructure in adopting this model.

Frank has been with ElectraNet for over 10 years and prior to that with The Defence Science and Technology organization (DSTO) where we worked as a Computer Systems Engineer.
