Repsol has increased the number of PI System installations throughout its plants around the world. The PI System has demonstrated its benefits to company goals. This presentation discusses Repsol’s use of the PI System to monitor and manage bypass elements in a Regasification Plant, their use of the PI System as the only source for real-time data in a new Production Accounting System (EC), and their improvement of work order management in maintenance through real-time integration across several corporate systems. The presentation then discusses how Repsol has leveraged the PI System to manage bypass request approvals and renewals.
