Today’s global businesses require an IT staff and infrastructure that supports and acts as a transparent service to the revenue generating operations of the business. Global businesses understand the IT infrastructure is necessary to their business, just as a building is necessary to house the business, but they just want the infrastructure to work at minimal cost overhead. Efficient and profitable global businesses want the IT infrastructure to work as an invisible service to support the operations that create revenue. Yet today’s IT infrastructure and staff has become an expensive break-fix cost center, waiting until things break to fix the infrastructure, thereby impacting availability and reliability of revenue generation. Learn how IT practices affect operations and profitability, and how IT can become an adaptable and transparent ‘cost reduction specialist’ service provider to the business. WiredCity will present how utilizing IT Monitor in conjunction with the RtPM Platform will deliver productive collaboration between IT and Operations to ensure continuous improvement and real-time decision support enterprise wide.
