This presentation will demo functionality of Alcoa GPM's Pot Operational Health Dashboard. The solution architecture is based on adoption on an Enterprise PI System real-time data infrastructure. The backend of the solution uses statistical analysis to process large volumes of historical and real-time data to score performance of the critical pot assets based on multiple operating parameters. Frontend visualization of the solution provides a color coded dashboard for operators to help them recognize problems and prioritize daily work to achieve optimal performance results. The solution is also delivered on a mobile device to enable action on the shop floor.
