INEOS Phenol Mobile is a continuous process producing Phenol, Acetone, and PC Oil. The PI System in Mobile was brought on-line in April 2000 at the initial start-up of the plant. Analyzing data from the perspectives of different personnel provides an atmosphere of learning, ingenuity, and creativity. The ease of use and flexibility of the system allows users to monitor the plant and equipment in a way that matters to the individual. This presentation will discuss the uses of the PI System across several disciplines on our site over a ten year period. From real time trending to asset performance benchmarks, the PI System delivers.
