As Global Industry Business Development Manager, Christian Roller is responsible for the worldwide business relationship Microsoft Corporation has with a number of Manufacturing Global Independent Software Vendors (GISV). Christian Roller sells Microsoft’s portfolio of products and technologies with the world’s leading manufacturing ISVs to multi-national customers, designs and executes global and regional marketing activities and ensures the adoption of Microsoft technologies in the market. In Christian Roller’s current role, he contributes to the Microsoft Strategies for Manufacturing Operations. Christian Roller has been part of the global manufacturing industry strategy team for the past three years where he held roles covering the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ISVs and Manufacturing Operations ISVs. This team is responsible for all of Microsoft's industry strategies in the manufacturing sector covering the following industries: automotive, energy, high tech, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and life sciences and utilities. Christian Roller holds a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Colorado College, Colorado, USA, with a minor in pre-medicine.
