JumpStarting PI AF – How OSIsoft Can Help you Get More Value From Your PI System
Many customers may want to get value from the asset-based PI System including the integrated tools based on PI Asset Framework (PI Notifications, PI Event Frames, and PI OLEDB Enterprise), but they are not sure how to get started. Martin Bryant, a Field Service Engineer who has been dedicated for two years to Asset-based PI System work, explains the learning and service offerings that OSIsoft provides to help you move to PI AF, and announces a new program – the “Asset-based PI Jump Start” which includes a suite of services and product offerings to help you get the most out of your PI System. Martin will be joined by Vinnie Sterr of Devon Energy, a customer who recently participated in similar workshop.

Martin Bryant is a Field Service Engineer with OSIsoft. He has worked with the PI System for 23 years, first with ALCOA, then with his own company, F1 Business Systems and for the last ten years with OSIsoft. As a Field Service Engineer he has installed scores of PI Systems, performed dozens of complicated PI conversions and upgrades, and trained hundreds of customers and OSIsoft employees. He is currently focused entirely on Asset-based PI technologies. Martin works out of the Houston, TX office.
