IT Monitor Deployment and ROI for US Army
This session discusses how Fort Carson's Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) leverages IT Monitor, ProcessBook, and RtWebParts to meet increasing customer demands without requiring additional resources. The DOIM serves as the IT support organization for Fort Carson, an Army installation located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our deployment of OSIsoft solutions has helped the DOIM bridge the gap between customer expectations and service delivery. By providing increased insight of system performance, we have been able to provide levels of service that put the Fort Carson DOIM amongst the best in the Army.
