Alicia Coppock
Alicia Coppock is a Product Manager for visualization products at OSIsoft. She has been with OSIsoft for 5 years where she has also served as an Escalation Engineer specializing in AF and Analytics products as well as a Tech Support Engineer. Prior to joining OSIsoft, she worked at Hemlock Semiconductor as a Process Engineer. Alicia has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Penny is a product marketing manager focused on helping users discover maximum value from OSIsoft visualization and PI Server. Prior to OSIsoft, she conducted fuel cell research at Lawrence Berkeley and Los Alamos National Labs. She holds a PhD in chemical engineering and BS in chemical engineering and business from UC Berkeley and Caltech, respectively.
