Dr. Kevin Knill is the Director Solutions Architecture at HBM Prenscia. He has over 35 years of experience in research, modeling and product development in the coal, oil and gas, power generation, aerospace, automotive, banking and insurance industries. The primary focus of his work has been in developing models used in industrial and commercial applications. His computational fluid dynamic models have been used to simulate coal and gas fired boilers, gas turbines, jet engines, and fire simulation. He has also developed products to deliver everything from engineering simulation to test data management and business process management. Dr. Dr. Knill has a patent in industrial burner design and several publications to his credit. In his spare time, he is a rabid ice hockey coach in Michigan.

Adamantios Mettas is the Vice President of Business Development at HBM Prenscia, and a renowned expert in reliability tools and methods with 20 years of experience in this field, researching, lecturing, designing, delivering and implementing Reliability and Asset Performance Management solutions worldwide. To date, he has published over 35 publications in journals and proceedings, co-authored 4 books, and trained more than 2000 engineers in reliability methods. He has been directly involved as a Project Manager, Implementation Manager, and Primary Consultant/Analyst in major Design for Reliability and Asset Performance Management projects/initiatives worldwide and across different industries, including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Automotive, Rail, Semiconductor, Defense and Aerospace, and for clients such as Chevron, DELPHI, FORD Motor Company, VOLVO Cars, Kuwait Oil Company, XEROX, Ma’aden Phosphate Company, and others.
