Luc will dive us into the industry 4.0 vision for Metallo and how the Osisoft PI system fits into the enterprise architecture vision. Metallo is following a gated approach, starting with one vision into into one digital infrastructure into one digital application architecture and project roadmap. Starting from the industrial facilities and diving into the common network and needed application stacks the withheld solution will be explained. This results in a holistic architecture where Manufacturing Execution Systems, classical BI and Osisoft PI together can deliver a complete industrial production solution. Furthermore exploiting the collected data with up to date BI technology and the value of this will be explained and demonstrated.
