HA – A Better Way to Manage a PI System
The introduction of HA (high availability) architecture allows true management of PI Systems. Most service can be accomplished while users still use their PI Systems. With some considerations to planning, users can enjoy a more professional level of support with careful deployments of current software which improves security, while making performance and new features available to the organization. This session will include a brief review of the HA architecture, and present a case study where an existing two-three year old PI System will be used to evaluate HA and deploy with very minimal risk and time pressures on system usage.
