If you're new to PI or just starting to use PI at a university, start here! In this short talk, we introduce you to the many learning resources that OSIsoft has to offer. These include in-person training classes at OSIsoft learning centers and several online resources. You'll hear about on-demand learning through the OSIsoft YouTube Learning Channel, Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs), and the PI Square community. Here you can connect with peers and get your questions answered by the OSIsoft Academic Team. Finally, we outline how to navigate the OSIsoft website, download software, and access technical support.

Erica Trump
Erica Trump is the Instructional Systems Designer for the OSIsoft Academic Program. In this role, she works with professors to leverage the PI System to improve educational outcomes. She’s also developing learning modules for lab-based and data science courses. Erica joined OSIsoft in 2014 after completing her PhD in Chemical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. She earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from WVU.
