John Thompson
John Thompson has 25 years of experience in industrial instrumentation, controls and data acquisition. Prior to joining Southern California Gas Company he built rocket engine test stands for an aerospace company and installed and maintained animatronics systems at Universal Studios in Hollywood, CA. He has been with Southern California Gas Company since 2001 and is responsible for overseeing automation, control and monitoring systems in production at the company's four Southern California storage facilities.

John Clarke
John Clarke joined Southern California Gas Company in 2001 and is responsible for environmental compliance at the Aliso Canyon storage facility in Northridge, CA which includes Title V, MACT, AB2588, RECLAIM and SCAQMD, and Greenhouse Gas monitoring, reporting and recordkeeping. He introduced PI to So Cal Gas in late 2001 and early 2002 in order to simplify monitoring, reporting and recordkeeping not only from an environmental perspective but also from an operational perspective. The results have been huge cost savings in labor and materials with a tremendous increase of efficiency in terms of less time in troubleshooting, monitoring cost savings, data archiving, report writing, etc. John is responsible for developing programs to meet the everyday and future challenges of the ever changing world of environmental compliance. He has a Bachelors degree from University of Tampa and prior to joining So Cal Gas spent eight years doing emissions testing of criteria pollutants, toxics and particulates within California and Arizona at facilities varying from hospitals to manufacturers to refineries.
