Event Frames Initiative Update
OSIsoft’s Event Frame Initiative looks to build support for data types defined by start and end times, and which may contain supporting data. Last year’s Event Frame presentation introduced the Initiative, and focused on research involving use cases and user scenarios. The intervening year has seen further dissection of those use cases and led to an initial design integrated with OSIsoft’s PI AF 2 product. After a general Event Frames introduction, a live demonstration shows the powerful concepts and tools currently under development and then briefly addresses the scope of Event Frames Version 1.
