Enterprise PI System Deployment: Rapidly adopting Asset Framework
Building and maintaining an asset structure is essential to take full advantage of the PI System. In this presentation, we will talk about some of the ways OSIsoft is working to make it easier to build a PI AF asset structure. We will start by sharing how we plan to make it easier to build an asset structure from scratch. We also present some new ways to quickly move asset structures between development or test systems to a production system. Finally, we will demonstrate a new capability of the AF landscape. We will show how from a single AF model you can transform that model into one or more different models in order to provide views of your data to satisfy other business users or applications.
