Alizent is a global IT operator who works with all different Air Liquide entities on a central and regional basis, therefore we will provide insight about the organizational challenges of running a global program in a decentralized group, the impact of a true digital transformation for the teams as well as the lessons learned during the process.

Started as a Software Engineer in 1998 and grew into senior management positions until becoming managing director of one of AL industrial IT companies back in 2012.
Moved to Paris in 2017 to help create Alizent, as the merging of several entities owned by Air Liquide group.
In his current position as Engeering Centers Director and Deputy CEO of Alizent, he's today focused on realising the vision of a creating a global industrial IT operator able to accompany the Air Liquide group in its digital transformation journey, while keeping Alizent operations competitive enough to work with leaders in other industries with similar goals to those of Air Liquide.
