Enterprise Deployment Options and Best Practices to Support Business Critical Operations
Reliability is a key aspect of all critical information systems within your business operations. The PI System is very reliable right out of the box, but there are definitely choices you can make that will influence just how well the PI System performs over time. This session explores lessons learned from numerous enterprise deployments. Architecture options and environmental variables that affect the PI System will be discussed, and best practices highlighted. Additionally, this presentation discusses good PI System management workflow. A question and answer period is scheduled at the end of the session.

Christian Leroux is an Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) from the Madrid office in Spain. He also undertakes system engineering functions to support local sales effort in the Iberian peninsula. Christian has an Industrial Engineering degree specialized in automation process and embedded systems from joint studies at École de Technologie Supérieure in Montreal and EPF engineering school in Paris.

Hervé has a Master’s Degree in Automation and Computer Engineering at Annecy School of Engineering in France.
