Enterprise Agreement Services & Bristol-Myers Squibb: Devens Case Study
An Enterprise Agreement (EA) facilitates a closer working relationship with the customer. First, OSIsoft presents on how agreement represents a combination of software and services that work together to deliver a real-time infrastructure. Bristol-Myers Squibb is integrating an MES with PI to orchestrate plant floor automation, lab activity and materials management in a way that leverages their Enterprise Infrastructure. BMS gives an update on how their newest and most advanced facility, a Biological Manufacturing Facility named Devens, takes advantage of their OSIsoft partnership to achieve their vision of a cutting edge, integrated Manufacturing Systems Architecture.

Don Smith
Don Smith is the Vice President of Customer Support. Don's role includes global coordination of all support activities as well as all aspects of support operations provided by OSIsoft, LLC He is responsible for the areas of technical and enterprise support services including remote management, Network Operation Centre (NOC) operation, development, maintenance and integration, Field Service and the Centre of Excellence for PI best practices as well as all Training products and services. Don joined OSIsoft as the second employee in 1981 and has participated in many aspects of the development of OSIsoft products and services throughout the company's 25 year history. He has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas. Prior to OSIsoft Don held positions in plant construction, operations, and software design for Alcoa Refining and Chemicals Division. His hobbies include jogging, diving, and sailing. He is known by many for using PI to manage and analyze his marine aquarium since 1996.

Ashley Howard
Ashley Howard is a Manufacturing Systems Application Engineer with a background in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. Previously, she worked as an OSIsoft Platform Specialist integrating the PI System, its interfaces and clients in plants world-wide. She has in-depth experience with the Compliance Suite MES system, integrated recipe development, DeltaV and PI. Currently, she is developing the BMS standard network architecture for the new Devens site; integrating the MES with the PI System and DeltaV to create an optimized, data accessible control environment.

Todd Brown
Todd Brown is an engineer in the OSIsoft Center of Excellence group. Prior to OSIsoft, he worked for Merck & Co., Inc. at their global headquarters in NJ where he held several positions in their Process Information Systems and Automation group. Brown has eight years of experience, having worked with OSIsoft PI related applications, batch reporting applications, manufacturing data analysis applications, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
