Enterprise Agreement - mPI and Enterprise Services
OSIsoft's Enterprise Agreement (EA) provides a software purchase methodology that can provide a consistent PI System infrastructure across your Enterprise. The Enterprise Agreement allows deployment of the PI System infrastructure technology in an unlimited fashion and provides enhanced services to support your business strategy and needs. As part of an EA agreement, OSIsoft also provides access to the enterprise services team and mPI software. During this talk Alton and John will describe the services and software, Managed PI (mPI), provided to enterprise customers. These topics will include: · Enterprise Project Manager – a single point of contact that manages the software and services provided by OSIsoft. · Field Services Installation - includes installation of your enterprise software. · Upgrades of your enterprise licensed software. · Monitoring of PI systems proactively 24/7 to help detect and resolve problems via managed PI (mPI) and our Network Operations Center (NOC). · Periodic ongoing review of our services and your use of the enterprise software. · Advisory services on how to optimize your architecture and value from PI via the Center of Excellence (CoE) team. · Training and UC credits.

Alton Loe
Alton Loe has worked at OSIsoft for 14 years. He is currently the Director of Enterprise Services, responsible for the rollout and maintenance of the Enterprise PI solution for OSIsoft. Previously, Alton was Director of Professional Services, where he managed the services arm for OSIsoft. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University and over 30 years of experience in information and control systems.

John Matranga
John Matranga is Director of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for OSIsoft. John and his CoE team provide value added advisory services to Enterprise Agreement customers to help them get more value from the PI infrastructure. Starting in 1990, John has worked with OSIsoft technology in many roles and has consulted on many product designs from ProcessBook to RtWebParts. Also during this time, John worked with customers from Petrochemical, Life Sciences, Specialty Chemical, Pulp/Paper and Utilities industries, helping them roll out and get value from the PI infrastructure. Before joining OSIsoft, John was the CTO of Omicron where he consulted to OSIsoft and provided services to OSIsoft customers. John holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
