Norton Green is the Executive Briefing Program Director at OSIsoft. The relationship and ensuing trust our customers have in our products and services are our most critical assets. The OSIsoft Executive Briefing Program is an important tool to help build and maintain a closer relationship with our customers. Norton’s primary goal is to provide a forum to illustrate how a closer relationship with OSIsoft can provide customers with more innovative ways to solve their business challenges.
After joining the company in 2000, Norton spent his first fifteen years in the IT Department. The last six years were spent as the Global IT Director where he focused on scaling the IT Infrastructure as the company experienced tremendous growth. Norton holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami (FL).

Michael Kanellos is an Industry Champion at OSIsoft and the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications. He has been a reporter, analyst and marketing exec in Silicon Valley for over 20 years with a focus on energy, semiconductors and the startup economy. He has contributed to New York Times, CNET, Forbes, 60 Minutes, CNBC, Newsweek, Newsday, the Chicago Tribune and National Geographic, among other outlets. A graduate of Cornell University and the University of California, he has also worked as an attorney, a travel writer and a busboy in a pancake house.

Andy Bane
As CEO, Andy oversees the vision and growth of Element Analytics. Previously, he held executive roles at enterprise software companies, from VC-backed startups to private equity-backed growth plays to business units of large-cap publicly traded companies. He served as EVP & Chief Strategy Officer for ABB Enterprise Software; was EVP of Product Mgmt. and CMO at Ventyx, a Vista Equity Partners company, acquired by ABB for over $1 billion; and was SVP of Product Mgmt. and Mktg. at P2 Energy Solutions. Andy earned his BA at University of Colorado, Boulder. He's passionate about helping industrial organizations reach new levels of asset performance by using big data to solve complex problems. He and his wife Lisa, a veterinarian, enjoy being outdoors biking, golfing, skiing, hiking, and camping with their children.
