EDF provides eMonitoring for Power Thermal Plants (Combined Cycle, Gas Turbine, Coal Fire Power Plant) concerning Performance and Early Fault Detection Services. eMonitoring is a service designed to enhance unit performance and availability thanks to remote monitoring of changes in operating variables. These Services are performed thanks to a PI architecture. EDF propose to present both IT Architecture and eMonitoring Services.

Pierre Andrieux
Mr. Pierre Andrieux has 22 years of work experience with EDF Group. He began his career in nuclear fleet, as full scope simulator trainer. He has held several positions at EDF - Nuclear Operation Shift Manager, Deputy Manager for the Nuclear Power Plant Modification Department, Construction Manager for the West Burton Combine Cycle Gas Turbine project in the UK, Operations and Maintenance Plant Manager for 2 power stations (Diesel Engine) at Mayotte, and finally O&M Performance Team Manager for EDF Thermal Engineering Centre (EDF Thermal Power Plant fleet).
Since 2014, he has been in charge of all the eMonitoring activities for EDF Thermal Power Plants (France & abroad). eMonitoring Services are based on the PI System.
