Joseph Milton
Mr. Milton is the Manager of the Early Equipment Failure Detection Section of Reliant Energy in Houston, Texas. The section is responsible for support and operation of the early equipment failure detection system across the nationwide fleet. He has been employed for 25 years in the power generation business, most of it with Houston Lighting and Power through many name changes ending with Reliant Energy. Mr. Milton has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a PE. He is Vice President of the ASME Board on Standardization and Testing. He is the Chairman of Performance Monitoring and is a member of the ASME committee on Performance Test Codes, and PTC 12.1. He is also an ASME Fellow.

Mr. Crosby is a senior analyst and lead developer in Reliant Energy’s Generation Analytics and Data Solutions group. Billy has been with Reliant Energy since 2003 and focuses on Power Generation Systems. Prior to joining Reliant, he did IT project consulting with Enform/Sungard Consulting based in Houtson, TX.
