The panel will be followed by Ray Hall, VP Engineering, presenting OSIsoft's Product Strategy followed by a general Q&A session with Ray Hall and his senior staff.

Sander Kim
Sander Kim is the Director of Product Management and Product Marketing groups at OSIsoft. He has a deep history of designing new product concepts, building them and bringing them to market. His teams are responsible for helping drive the strategic direction of the company, managing the portfolio of products, and delivering valuable capabilities for our customers. Sander’s team also develops our go-to-market plans for product launches to ensure we position and message the value of our offerings. Sander joined OSIsoft three years ago after 13+ years with several leading technology, banking and consulting firms (IBM, Lenovo, Bank of America and Twentysomething Inc). He holds a BA in English from Haverford College and an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Chris Nelson
Chris Nelson is a professional software engineer and technology executive with more than 20 years of software development and architecture experience with success focused on streaming data and events. As the Director Visualization Products, Chris leads the OSIsoft Engineering teams and efforts to provide a new Modern Visualization Infrastructure for the Modern PI System. Chris joined OSIsoft in 2002 as a software developer focused on enhancing OSIsoft batch products. Prior to joining OSIsoft, Chris worked for Merck & Co., Inc., as a Technical Manager in both Clinical Trial Systems and Manufacturing Process Information Systems. Chris has demonstrated advanced expertise in streaming data and events infrastructure having designed manufacturing information and data analysis systems as well as participating in various control system implementations

Ray Hall
Ray is responsible for the design and development of software systems at OSIsoft including all aspects of the PI System. Ray was responsible for the development of Asset Framework, which allows the definition of assets for organizing PI Data. Under his leadership, the Engineering Team at OSIsoft has released exciting innovations of the PI System including asset-based analytics, Coresight 2014 and Esri integration.
His career at OSIsoft began in 2002. Prior to joining OSIsoft, Ray developed batch automation systems at Sequencia and paper machine control systems at Accuray.
Ray holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chris Manhard
Chris Manhard is the Director of Servers at OSIsoft. As such, Chris leads the Engineering teams responsible for the PI Data Archive, PI AF, Analytics and Notification products. Chris joined OSIsoft in 2001 and was previously focused on the development of PI AF and related products. Chris has M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from California State University and Virginia Tech. Prior to joining OSIsoft, Chris worked for Texas Instruments, Siemens Automation, and Wonderware developing automation programming products.
