The integrated solution for power plant was developed using PI Webparts, PI Datalink, PI Coresight, PI AF along with .net and Sharepoint. The application makes the shop floor data available to experts and decision makers i.e. top floor in real-time, which otherwise is available only to operators and their supervisors within the plant. Access to critical information is available on any device, anytime, anywhere. This decision support system approach has immensely helped KSK Energy Ventures in asset optimization through effective decision making by enabling better plant Operations & Maintenance practices, obtain peak operational efficiency and control costs.
