Jiyeon Hwang
Jiyeon Hwang is a Technical Product Manager at AVEVA, managing select PI Adapters and Edge Data Store. She has been with OSIsoft (now part of AVEVA) for 11 years, having held various roles in Customer Support and Engineering/R&D prior to moving into Product Management. She earned her M.Eng and B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Cornell University.

Ryan McErlean
Ryan McErlean is a Sr. Technical Product Manager at AVEVA, currently focused on Data Sharing and Edge Management. Ryan joined OSIsoft in 2009 and has previously held the roles of Sr. Escalation Engineer and Team Lead within OSIsoft's Support organization. In 2018, he moved to the Product team, taking on the role of Product Manager for PI Vision. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
