This panel will provide a brief introduction to several Mining, Metals and Materials customers who use the PI System as a foundation for an 'Information Infrastructure', and allow audience participation in a related Q&A forum. Concepts to be highlighted include: business case justification, IT / OT technical architecture model, organizational onboarding and change management, information enabled innovation, enterprise best practice / standardization, and value realization.
