Mr. Pluckebaum joined Eli Lilly in 1997 and has 21 years experience in Automation. His platform experience includes: OSIsoft PI, DeltaV, A-B PLCs, etc. His manufacturing plant experiences include: automotive component parts, water & wastewater treatment, and antibiotic fermentation. His OSIsoft product experience include: ProcessBook, DataLink, SMT, PI Server 3.x, RtWebParts, and RtReports. Joe Pluckebaum is a graduate of Purdue University.

Mr. Wagener joined Eli Lilly in 2002 and has 17 years experience in Information Technology. His manufacturing plant experiences include: automotive component parts and final assembly, antibiotic fermentation and bulk pharmaceuticals. He currently supports PI installation including five PI Servers, 11 IO nodes (five clusters), 65,000 tags. Tom is a graduate of Indiana State University.
