Connecting people and processes with PI Systems through cloud enabled web and mobile applications, that's the power of the PI Web API and PI Cloud Access systems. The combination of these technologies enables a new class of web/mobile, cross-platform, and cross-business data sharing applications. This session will highlight application development opportunities that these technologies offer and will cover the vision and roadmap.

Dan Noonen
Dan Noonen joined OSIsoft in 2013 as the Product Manager for PI System Access. Prior to OSIsoft, Noonen worked at Rockwell Automation for 28 years where he held various firmware and software development positions including technical leadership and managerial roles. Noonen’s experiences have largely been in the middleware layer that moves data between a User Interface and a Control System and in Industrial I/O Networking technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Michael Sloves
Michael Sloves has worked at OSIsoft for 13 years. During that time, he has developed and led software teams responsible for PI ICE, PI WebParts, SAP/ERP Integration and for OSIsoft’s SAP/MDUS Integration products. Presently, Sloves leads the PI System Access group at OSIsoft responsible for OSIsoft’s REST and Cloud-based access integration, legacy PI Data Access product support, and future Data Access Integration research. Sloves holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Marist College.

Brad Hess
Brad Hess is Development Lead for the PI Web API and PI Cloud Access products in the PI System Access group. Prior to joining OSIsoft, Hess worked for the Boeing Company as an integration lead in the enterprise applications organization. He joined OSIsoft in 2012 as a software developer on the PI Web Services team. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
