You’re probably heard that the PI Web API provides REST-based access to the PI System. You have probably also heard that REST-based services can be consumed by almost any programming language on any platform. In this presentation, we will give you a tour through several languages and platforms and show you how to call the PI Web API from each of them. We’ll also give you tips on how to find tools and resources on the Internet to help you while exploring programming languages such as JavaScript, C# and C++, and platforms such as Windows, Linux and Android.
